Stephen Dance has over twenty years experience of property related work.  Prior to joining Francis & Co he spent several years working for two major City law firms and has worked as an "in-house" property solicitor for a PLC.  He has very wide experience of dealing with all aspects of commercial property work and the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.  He also has considerable experience in dealing with a wide variety of property disputes.  Stephen has in addition spent many years dealing with residential conveyancing matters and aims to make each transaction as expeditious and stress free for the client as is possible.
